By creating an account, submitting a reservation request, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or register for an account.

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Submitting a reservation request or creating an online account does not guarantee the availability of a storage unit and does not constitute a rental agreement. All reservations remain subject to confirmation by Roatan Self Storage.

The storage rental agreement executed between Roatan Self Storage and the customer constitutes the governing legal document for the rental relationship. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the executed Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement shall prevail.

Customers may not use the facility or store items that are illegal, hazardous, explosive, flammable, toxic, perishable, stolen, or otherwise prohibited under applicable law. Roatan Self Storage reserves the right to refuse service, deny access, or terminate a rental agreement if these provisions are violated.

Rental rates, deposits, administrative fees, late fees, and other applicable charges are governed by the executed Rental Agreement. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice.

You agree not to interfere with the operation of this website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious software, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Roatan Self Storage shall not be liable for losses arising from interruptions to the website, technical failures, inaccurate information submitted by users, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Liability relating to stored property shall be governed exclusively by the executed Rental Agreement.

Personal information collected through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Roatan Self Storage reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras.

Los presentes Términos y Condiciones regulan el acceso y uso del sitio web y del portal de clientes de Roatan Self Storage. Al crear una cuenta, solicitar una reserva o utilizar este sitio web, el usuario declara haber leído, comprendido y aceptado estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo con ellos, deberá abstenerse de utilizar este sitio o registrarse.

El usuario se compromete a proporcionar información verdadera, completa y actualizada durante el registro. Asimismo, será responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso y de todas las actividades realizadas desde su cuenta.

La creación de una cuenta o el envío de una solicitud de reserva no garantiza la disponibilidad de una unidad de almacenamiento ni constituye un contrato de arrendamiento. Toda reserva estará sujeta a confirmación por parte de Roatan Self Storage.

El contrato de arrendamiento suscrito entre Roatan Self Storage y el cliente constituye el documento legal que regula la relación entre las partes. En caso de discrepancia entre dicho contrato y estos Términos y Condiciones, prevalecerá el contrato de arrendamiento.

Queda prohibido almacenar bienes ilegales, materiales peligrosos, explosivos, sustancias inflamables, productos tóxicos, alimentos perecederos, bienes robados o cualquier otro artículo cuya posesión o almacenamiento esté prohibido por la legislación aplicable. Roatan Self Storage podrá negar el servicio, restringir el acceso o cancelar el contrato cuando detecte un incumplimiento de estas disposiciones.

Las tarifas de alquiler, depósitos, cargos administrativos, recargos por mora y demás condiciones económicas estarán regulados por el contrato de arrendamiento. Los precios, promociones y disponibilidad podrán modificarse sin previo aviso.

El usuario se compromete a no interferir con el funcionamiento del sitio web, intentar acceder sin autorización a sus sistemas, transmitir software malicioso o utilizar la plataforma para actividades ilícitas.

Roatan Self Storage no será responsable por pérdidas derivadas de interrupciones del sitio web, fallas técnicas, información incorrecta suministrada por el usuario o circunstancias fuera de su control razonable. La responsabilidad relacionada con los bienes almacenados se regirá exclusivamente por el contrato de arrendamiento.

La información personal recopilada a través del sitio web será tratada conforme a la Política de Privacidad de Roatan Self Storage.

Roatan Self Storage podrá modificar estos Términos y Condiciones en cualquier momento. El uso continuado del sitio web después de dichas modificaciones constituirá la aceptación de la versión vigente.

Estos Términos y Condiciones se regirán e interpretarán de conformidad con las leyes de la República de Honduras.
